Dryland Requirements
All Athletes are to bring close toed running every day. Athletes are to wear comfortable and loose or stretchy material clothes.

Rattlesnake Warning
We have had several rattlesnake sightings this week, including in the parking lot and soccer field. Please stay on the walkways and avoid the planters and grass areas. If you encounter a rattlesnake, particularly on a walkway or in the parking lot, call one of the numbers below. Additionally, ensure others are kept away from the area:

USA Swimming Registration
You may now register for the 2024-2025 season! In addition to being a member of the Yucaipa Swim Team , members must also register with USA Swimming (excluding Masters). Register as a PREMIUM membership. If you have any issues please contact me. I will also be available in the office at Crafton from 4:30 - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday. A/BB/B Committee Championships @CCAQ Long Course 11 July 2025 - 13 July 2025
This is an A/BB/B meet that is heats and finals. Any athlete qualifying for finals WILL stay for finals. This meet is hosted by Circle City Aquatics. Registration deadline is July 1st.
Los Angeles Invite @USC 11 July 2025 - 13 July 2025
This is a qualifying meet. Please check the eligibility form or talk to your coach before committing.
BB/B/C @HVDA 19 July 2025 - 20 July 2025
This is a BB/B/C meet for beginner to moderate level athletes. This meet will be hosted by Hemet Valley. Registration deadline is July 8th.

Crafton Parking Permits
Parking permits are required Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Fridays from 7 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Parking Permits are not required on weekends or during summer sessions.

Practice Arrival and Pick up
This is just a reminder that ALL athletes should arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before the start of practice. This allows time for check in and getting ready to get in so we can get in on time. All pick-ups need to arrive 10 minutes before the end of practice to ensure an on time pick-up. Any swimmer that has not been picked up within 10 minutes of the end of scheduled practice time will be billed $50 per half hour or any part thereof. In the event of an emergency, please contact our team administrator or the head coach to let us know.
Gear Requirements
Just a reminder that from Gold group and up to Senior you need to have the following gear. Finis Agility paddles, Arena PowerPro fins, and a snorkel, recommended the Speedo bullet head but it is your preference. You can find all of these on our CAS swim shop, swim outlet, or Amazon.
CAS Equipment
You can purchase team suits here! When shopping for apparel or for the required equipment, you get a discount! On our website, under sponsors at the bottom, you will find the link for CAS. Our team apparel and equipment is located on this site. Scroll to the bottom of our team page, under sponsors, click on CAS, Go to the search bar and search “yucaipa swim team”. All discounts are already applied to the price.

Attendance
Although we do not have a mandatory amount of practices your athlete is to attend, we do have a recommended minimum amount. The goal for each group is to have every athlete doing the recommended minimum amount of practices.
Bronze/Beg- 1-2 per week
Bronze/Adv- 2-3 per week
Silver/Beg- 2-3 per week
Silver/Adv- 3 per week

Coaches can only be contacted between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
