The executive board of Yucaipa Aquatics reserves the right to deny membership to anyone based on actions, past or present, that do not support the mission of Yucaipa Aquatics.  Members that have chosen to leave Yucaipa Aquatics to join another team in Southern California may be denied re-entry.  Reasons for denial may include, but are not limited to, public defamation of Yucaipa Aquatics, threatening actions toward any member, parent, executive board, coach or purposeful destruction of club property.
